Designed by the renowned architect Mary Coulter, well-known for her stone structures at the Grand Canyon and chief architect for the Fred Harvey Company from 1905 to her retirement in the 1950's, the restored 40 room La Posada Hotel remains one of the finest examples of vernacular architecture and landscape in the American Southwest. WHITIN DESIGN WORKS prepared the Master Plan for reapplication of this historic landmark for listing on the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
