MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING #1
Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Medical Campus
The 116,500 square foot Medical Office Building is the first phase of the 27-acre medical campus and was completed in fall 2009. The project scope includes initial development of the campus entry drive and building drop off planted with field-dug California Oak trees (Quercus agrifolia) and native grasses, the public street tree planting and sidewalk and a surface parking lot planted with Tipuana tipu trees selected for their broad shade canopy. The parking lot is surrounded by a bioswale planted with native grasses. This is a LEED Silver project.
