Michael Wilkes

Mr. Wilkes has 20 years' experience in construction, horticulture and technical documents. A key member of all WHITIN DESIGN WORKS' project teams, he provides leadership in Pre-Construction and Construction Services, allowing projects to meet production and budget obligations and to proceed through build-out with expert oversight and diligent attention to detail.
As Construction Coordinator, Mr. Wilkes provides review and input of design detail with respect to construction. He oversees Design Development and Construction Documents, technical specifications, construction budgeting and on-site construction. He is also a Horticulturist, Arborist and member of the Design Review Board for the City of Laguna Beach.
Mr. Wilkes holds a diploma in Horticulture from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada and a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
