Located in Sedona, Arizona, Hyatt Pinon Pointe includes 109 timeshare units, an Activity Center, Sales/Administration Building, and 30,000 square feet of Retail space on a 15 acre site. The previously undeveloped hillside site traverses 100 feet of vertical change, with rocky outcrops and washes. The inspiration for the project design draws from the local red rock, gravel and Pinon landscape of native trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and grasses unique to Sedona. WHITIN DESIGN WORKS provided full services for the project, including layout and design of the entry road, red rock retaining wall and multiple water features (Swimming Pool, Wading Pool, Totem Fountains, and Boulder Fountain). Over 100 existing Pinon and Juniper trees were boxed, stored and replanted.
